Wilna Roux Attorneys has been practising in its current form since January 2014. Our team is diverse and experienced, and we're equipped to help you across a wide range of legal matters.
We don't let the personal touch slip. Every client gets solutions tailored to their situation, and we work hard to keep you in the loop throughout. Our goal is to resolve matters as efficiently as possible, without cutting corners.
Wilna Roux has been practising since 1996. She has a particular interest in personal injury, deceased estates, wills and trusts. Nicola Hofmeyr joined the firm in December 2021 and heads up the litigation and family law department.

Wilna Roux
Attorney
Wilna holds an LLB degree from Stellenbosch University (1995). She completed her articles at Conradie Inc. in Worcester and was admitted as an attorney in February 1997. After completion of her articles, she stayed on as a professional assistant. In 2001 she joined Conradie Inc as a director. She holds a diploma in Deceased Estates from UNISA. In January 2014 she opened the doors of Wilna Roux Attorneys at 25 Baring Street, Worcester.

Nicola Hofmeyr
Attorney
Nicola is originally from Worcester and started studying at Rhodes University in Grahamstown, in 2017, where she studied towards a BA law degree. She obtained her BA law degree in 2019 and thereafter applied to study her LL.B postgrad, also at Rhodes University.
She obtained her LL.B degree in 2021 and joined our dynamic team on the 1st of December 2021, as a candidate attorney and was subsequently admitted as at attorney on 7 June 2024. Following her admission as an attorney, she joined our dynamic team as an associate attorney.

Jeandré Steenkamp
Candidate Attorney
Jeandré is currently completing his articles of clerkship. He holds BCom and LLB degrees from Stellenbosch University and is committed to developing a strong foundation in legal practice.
Kareema Dreyer
Reception and Finance
Kareema serves as the firm's receptionist and is responsible for the financial administration of the practice. She ensures efficient client service and the effective management of the firm's finances.
Charline Lambrechts
Paralegal
Charline is a paralegal, personal assistant, and secretary to Wilna Roux. She provides invaluable administrative and legal support, helping to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
Jennifer Allens
Conveyancing Secretary
Jennifer is the firm's conveyancing secretary and oversees all conveyancing matters. She manages property transfer transactions with professionalism and attention to detail from inception to registration.
Cate-Lynne Smith
Legal Secretary
Cate-Lynne is the personal assistant and secretary to Nicola Hofmeyr. She plays an integral role in coordinating administrative processes and maintaining effective communication with clients.
Mericia Jacobs
Clerk
Mericia is the firm's filing clerk and messenger. She is responsible for the efficient management of files and documents and provides essential support to the firm's daily operations.
